For Immediate Release Aerodynamic
Line Blade Goes Farther, Reduces Fuel, Engine Emissions: New
Trimmer Technology Now
Available to Homeowners Homeowners for the first time will be able to purchase a pre-assembled string trimmer attachment incorporating the new Mach 4® Trimming System and Flexible Line Blades – a significant breakthrough in current technology that extend line wear, lift grass for a cleaner cut and reduce fuel consumption and engine emissions.
The innovative cutting head from Aero-Flex® Technologies,
Inc. is being sold in a select number of
Lowe’s home improvement outlets, according to Aero-Flex President Vince
Morabit, who developed the revolutionary system that offers several significant
advantages over conventional monofilament lines.
Because the four strong aerodynamically streamlined cutting line blades
dramatically reduce both air and grass drag, the trimmer can operate with less
than half the engine power and at much lower speeds normally required for
conventional trimmer lines. In
addition to operating up to 50 times farther, the long lasting Mach 4 system
also cuts heavy vegetation and survives fence lines.
The AF720 trimmer attachment available at Lowe’s universally fits most
split straight shaft gas-fired trimmers, including such popular brands as
Craftsman, Cub Cadet, Bolens, Homelite, McCulloch, Ryobi, Toro, Troy-Bilt,
Weedeater and Yardman. The
attachment is engineered for customer satisfaction. It quickly and easily clicks
into a split shaft register and eliminates the hassle of complex head
conversions.
The Mach 4 system also can be purchased without the AF720 attachment
online by visiting the Aero-Flex website at www.aero-flex.com. #
